Terms of Use
1. Using Our Planner
Our Planner helps couples organise plans, share information and keep track of moments that matter to them.
By using Our Planner, you agree to use the app lawfully and respect the privacy and rights of other people.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Shared Couple Spaces
Our Planner allows users to create or join a shared Couple Space using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services.
You are responsible for choosing whom to invite and for the information you add to shared areas.
Information saved in a shared Couple Space may be accessible to your invited partner. You should not share another person's private information without appropriate permission.
If a Couple Space is disconnected or sharing is changed, access to its shared content may also change.
3. Couples Pro
Couples Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks premium app features, including selected personalisation options, relationship features and Home Screen widgets.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and are associated with the purchasing Apple Account.
A subscription does not currently provide automatic premium access to another person's separate Apple Account unless that functionality is expressly made available in the app.
4. Subscription Pricing and Renewals
Our Planner offers monthly and yearly subscription options.
The price, billing period and any available introductory offer are displayed before purchase through Apple's App Store purchase process.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription terms.
A free trial, where offered, is available only to eligible customers and under the conditions displayed by Apple.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account:
Cancelling usually stops future renewals rather than immediately ending access already paid for. Actual access continues according to the subscription status recorded by Apple.
5. Purchases, Refunds and Restoration
Apple handles payments and applicable refund requests for purchases made through the App Store.
Where eligible, you can restore a previous purchase through the Restore Purchases option within Our Planner.
Any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
6. Your Content
You retain your rights in the content you create or upload to Our Planner.
You give the app the permissions reasonably necessary to store, display and synchronise that content and make it available to the people with whom you choose to share it.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share the information, photographs and other content you add.
7. Availability
Our Planner relies on services including iCloud, CloudKit, the App Store and internet connectivity for certain functions.
Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network problems or third-party service interruptions.
We may update the app to maintain compatibility, correct issues or improve its features.
8. Responsible Use
You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access to another person's information, interfere with its services or use it to violate another person's rights.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use Our Planner.
Please read it alongside these Terms of Use.
10. Applicable Rights
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts consumer or data protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any disputes will be handled under applicable law, including any mandatory protections available in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when necessary. Any updated terms will be made available through the app or the relevant public page.
